Abstract

Children have the right to receive an education that allows them to be prepared for the modem world demands. They have the right to receive an integrative education that provides them all the tools they need to be successful adults and good citizens. In these days English is one of the most important languages around the world for business, trading and communication. So English has become a requirement for intemational business, scientific and technologic developments and education around the world. Here in Quintana Roo, there are many factors that made of English a requirement for modem world demands.
